Our services
Delos reviews commercial freight invoices and related information to assess possible factoring. Submitting information does not guarantee an offer, approval, funding, collection, or any particular action.
Eligibility

Invoice review and offers
Any indication of interest, estimate, offer, or preliminary communication from Delos is non-binding unless and until Delos and the appropriate parties sign a written agreement. Delos may decline, pause, or end review of an invoice at any time.
Funding requires a separate written agreement identifying the contracting parties and setting out eligibility, fees, non-recourse coverage, and other transaction terms. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
Calculator estimates
The calculator provides an illustrative estimate, not a binding quote or approval. The actual fee basis, funding period, and any additional charges must be confirmed during review and in the written agreement.
Your responsibilities
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right and authority to submit it. Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized information. You are responsible for ensuring that invoice documents, customer information, and related materials may lawfully be shared with Delos.
Do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the initial form. Supporting documents may be requested separately during review.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or services to violate law, submit fraudulent invoices, impersonate another person or entity, infringe third-party rights, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the website without permission, transmit malicious code, or misuse a form, API, or communication channel.

Any separate signed factoring agreement governs the transaction it covers.
