Privacy Policy

How Delos handles information for MileFactor.

Effective date:

Overview

MileFactor is a marketing brand owned and operated by Delos AI Inc. (Delos, we, us, or our), not a separate legal entity. This policy explains how Delos handles information associated with this website, invoice inquiries, and related communications.

Information we collect

The form asks for:

  • The invoice amount and a description of the invoice, including any payment terms or dates you provide.
  • The customer’s business name or individual name, and state.
  • Your name, company’s legal name, role, company state, email address, and phone number.
  • How you heard about the service.

You may also provide communications, supporting documents, and other information when you contact Delos or respond to a request during review. The initial form does not upload documents or take payment details.

Include only information needed to explain the invoice. Do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information. Submit information about other people only when you are authorized to do so.

Website and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, referral URLs, timestamps, and server or security logs. Optional Google Analytics 4 collection is described separately below.

If account features are introduced and you choose to create an account or log in, we may collect account identifiers, authentication information, session data, and profile information. Passwords, if used, will be stored in hashed or protected form.

If optional SMS messaging is introduced and you opt in, we may collect your mobile phone number, consent record, opt-in source, date and time, messaging preferences, and records of SMS communications such as STOP, HELP, or support replies.

How we use information

When intake is enabled, inquiries are submitted to Delos’s intake systems for invoice review. MileFactor is not a separate company receiving the information.

Delos uses inquiry information to evaluate invoices for possible factoring, communicate about review and offers, request supporting documents, provide updates and support, maintain business and compliance records, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and enforce its rights.

Where the optional features described below are enabled, we may also use information to operate accounts, understand website use, improve services, and send permitted communications or marketing.

Planned SMS communications

Optional SMS messaging has not been added to this website. Entering a phone number in the current invoice form is not an SMS opt-in.

If SMS messaging is introduced, a separate consent choice will be provided. With your consent, Delos may send messages about invoice intake, review, offers, status updates, follow-up questions, document reminders, and support. Consent will be optional and will not be required to submit an inquiry.

When enabled, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You will be able to opt out by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP or contacting support@delosintelligence.com.

SMS consent and mobile data

Delos does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS-related information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver messages, manage consent, provide support, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Google Analytics 4 and privacy controls

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) as the optional analytics service for this website, with its own analytics property. When analytics is enabled under the privacy choices below, it uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand website use.

Analytics measures page views, calculator use, and fixed form milestones, such as viewing the form, starting it, completing a step, and submitting an inquiry. Form answers, invoice amounts, names, contact details, and invoice descriptions are not sent to Google Analytics.

Google receives cookie identifiers, page and referral information, browser and device information, and the website interactions described above. For information about how Google collects and processes this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

For visitors in the United States, analytics is enabled by default, with an option to turn it off through Privacy Settings. For visitors outside the United States, analytics runs only after opt-in consent. If we cannot determine your region, we also require opt-in consent before analytics runs.

Use Privacy Settings in the footer to allow or turn off analytics. Your choice is stored locally for this website in your browser; it does not change preferences on Delos’s other websites. Necessary technical storage may be used to operate the website and remember your privacy choice.

You can also control cookies through browser settings, although some features may not work properly without necessary cookies.

How we share information

Delos may share information with service providers, hosting providers, communications providers, professional advisors, and invoice-review or transaction partners where necessary to evaluate or process your inquiry. When analytics is configured and permitted, relevant website-use information may be processed by Google Analytics 4. If account features are introduced, relevant information may also be processed by authentication providers.

Information may also be disclosed to law enforcement or regulators when required by law, or to parties involved in a business transfer such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data retention

Delos retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, evaluate and process invoices, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. If account features are introduced, information may also be retained as necessary to operate those accounts.

For this website’s GA4 property, event data retention is set to 2 months and user data retention is set to 14 months. Reset on new user activity is enabled, so the user-level retention period is refreshed when a returning user generates a new analytics event. Eligible expired data is deleted through Google’s monthly deletion process.

These retention controls apply to user-level and event-level data used in features such as explorations and funnel reports. They do not apply to standard aggregated reports and are separate from analytics cookie lifetimes. See Google’s explanation of Analytics data retention for details.

Security

Delos uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, vendor review, and secure data handling practices. No system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@delosintelligence.com. Delos will handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including any permitted exceptions and identity-verification requirements.

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link where available. If SMS messaging is introduced and you opt in, you will be able to opt out by replying STOP. Privacy Settings in the footer lets you change your analytics choice for this website.

Children’s privacy

The website and services are intended for adults and businesses. Delos does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-party sites

This website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. An updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Planned features will be described as active only when they are implemented and their data practices and choices are confirmed.
